Facebook Election Pulse…

Facebook has now added the ability to gauge a politicians popularity based on their share of support amongst Facebookers.

Note, to browst these links, you need to be logged in to Facebook.

You can browse here for some highlighted races, and here for Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

These screencaps are as of Monday morning, 10/2/2006.

Let's start with a local race for PA-7 - Weldon vs. Sestak.

This makes me happy. Those kids best be talking to their Republican parents about why we need a change.

Half of this makes me happy. The other half of this tells me that it's in state or out of state college students that make up Facebook and who largely have no opinion or information to make an informed judgement.

Of course, it may not be too accurate…
