Explain somewhat how the rationale for war went from ( 1.) involvement in 9/11, to ( 2.) WMD, to ( 3. ) WMD-related activities, to ( 4.) intent to acquire WMDs, to ( 5.) liberating the Iraqi people, to ( 6.) fighting terrorists abroad to fighting them here and finally ( 6.) so those who made the ultimate sacrifice will not have died in vain.
Last point - look at the Technorati cosmos for that National Journal article - do you hear the crickets coming from Michele Malkin? Hugh Hewitt? Instapundit? Redstate? Captains Quarters? Powerline?
Don’t hold your breath…cuz you won’t ever see this discussed…I’m sure they’re firing up the smoke machine as we speak.
