Rape is never funny but…

I happen to think that rape is not funny, even within the context of this isolated panel at the Oatmeal.  That said, I think Buzzfeed’s Jack Steuf clearly engaged in a hatchet job of the Oatmeal comics creator Matthew Inman, getting more wrong than right in his ‘reporting’.  Inman is more than capable of defending himself, however [tl;dr here].  Buzzfeed ‘regrets the error’.  Pretty sure there’s a conversation to be had on the current and future state of journalism as well.
