Interesting question. It looks like the EULA for W7 doesn't care. I suspect that each OS would need its own MS Office install. A cursory scan of the internet about the EULAs shows that MS Office Student allows three installations on different machines, and MS Office Pro allows 2. I'm unsure whether machines is a physical or virtual definition. Theoretically, with one key, you could install Office in an XP, Vista, and W7 partition without running afoul of the licensing agreement.

I am runing Vista and Windows 7 in a Dual Boot System now, and it works great, my question is can I install Office Pro 2007 on both systems without violiting the license Agrement since it is only one Mechine, and I can only run one operating system at a time? Windows 7 and Vista are on seperate hard drives, and when I boot I onle see the hard drive associated with my boot choice, so technicaly I am only runing one copy on one mechine at any given time.
