I'd love to feed my resume in somewhere and have it spit out available positions that might interest me. I'm personally flexible enough that I'm willing to think outside the box. But current employment sites require an all or nothing approach. I can search for all the jobs in my geographic area (hard to filter) or I can search by category (and that's too limiting).
