		<description>Ooh, I like that idea.  I&#039;d love to feed my resume in somewhere and have it spit out available positions that might interest me.  I&#039;m personally flexible enough that I&#039;m willing to think outside the box. But current employment sites require an all or nothing approach.  I can search for all the jobs in my geographic area (hard to filter) or I can search by category (and that&#039;s too limiting).  There has to be a better way!</description>
