Was Pat Tillman fragged by brainwashed US troops?

The only reason we are giving India commercial nuclear technology is that they, as the world’s largest democratic nation, are a hedge against communist China.  Pointing out that muslim nation Pakistan, our ally in the Great War on Terror, is unworthy of that technology, and given the fact that India and Pakistan are mortal enemies, will this bit of diplomacy make the region even more politically hotter (and more complicated) for us down the road?

Why isn’t anyone in the punditsphere admitting that the Bush administrations lack of oversight and compliance with the law show the same obstinance and lack of respect for the rule of law as they have in every other thing that they’ve done.  When will the Democrats in Congress grow a set and the Republicans realize that Bush is radioactive.  If they are chaining their reelection hopes to him, they have trouble.
