If by everywhere, you mean San Francisco. This is a clear indication of where Google is going. By being the pipe that everyone connects to the internet, or at least everyone who connects wirelessly, they are controlling all the eyeballs, and therefore all the advertising.

What’s bad about all of this? All of the usual metrics for measuring a sites traffic just became worthless ( or at least in proportion to the number of users who connected via Google’s VPN).
