Needlenose’s post cover the particulars (who was and wasn’t on AF1 with the memo), places persons at the scene of the crime (two senior White House officials stated…), and describes motive (who doesn’t particularly care for Rove). Worth a read, as he’s disected the relavent Newsweek article. Of course, there’s no relevant point in discussing conspiracy theories, although they are entertaining.
