Akkam’s Razor

People have always told me “you’re good with computers”, to which my usual reply is, “yeah, at using them. But programming, not so much”. See, I tried PASCAL once in College in the 1990s, and simple “Hello World” stuff in grade school on a Commodore Pet (with high-speed cassette drive), but I never had the patience to learn programming. For that matter, the very website your reading, is more like a word processor document than a “program”. But given all the incredible things people are doing with Flash and various APIs, maybe it’s time to actually learn and do something?
