Akkam’s Razor

I really think these are marvelous times, and that the internet, and specifically blogs, represent the greatest leaps forward in human communication since the printing press, specifically because anyone with access to a computer and the internet and tell their stories to anyone, anywhere.

There are still many issues to be worked through, such as who is and who isn’t the press, what the implication of “free speech” will mean politically online, copyright and intellectual property, censorship and content restrictions, and most importantly, the power of consumers to create, share, and consume their own content.
