The Trademark Blog has trademark problems…

The Trademark Blog, from the law offices of Schwimmer and Associates, has run into a touch of legal trouble. It seems the RSS aggregator Bloglines has been stripping and redistributing their website as their own, in defiance of the sites Creative Commons license. I believe you can file that under irony.
