I miss you. Life in Philadelphia was sooo much better with you here. It’s like Street is undoing everything you did.

By the way, good luck with that whole SEPTA thing. You know, if you took the county map of Pennsylvania and looked at it in terms of red vs. blue, I’d think you’d see the problem. The red people think that by raising their taxes, they will be paying for something that they get no benefit from.

You need to reframe that debate. Make sure that red Pennsylvania understands that if Pittsburgh and Philadelphia as well as some of the other minorpolitan areas were to drop off the planet, Pennsylvania would most likely not have the labor, talent, resources, or revenue to accomplish anything. Make sure they understand what the reduction in income tax and sales tax from people unwilling to get too or find work on the weekends and how that affects the whole state. Make sure that if SEPTA ceased to exist, highway funds would be doled out to the areas who’s roads are in the worst shape and who has the most dense population and most miles driven. They are going to pay one way or another, just like a portion of our tax revenue benefits them.

Lastly, can you please remind yourself that you are a member of the minority and opposition party, and stop agreeing that private accounts is the way to go with Social Security? We know you’re smart enough to know that their up to no good. So stop giving them approval.
