An Ambitious Government Digital Archives Program

The National Endowment for the Humanities has undertaken an ambitious digital archives project - the National Daily Newspaper Program. Their goal, within the next 20 years, is to have a ntional, digital archive of historically significant newspapers from 1836-1922.
