Akkam’s Razor

Statistics was my worse class in college (or maybe second, after Chemistry). But even I can tell that there is some disconect between the values of Bush’s share of the vote and those saying that this country is going in the wrong direction. How can 56% of citizens say the country is going in the wrong direction yet at the same time say that 55% of likely voters will be voting for Bush? Both polls were administered by Gallup.
