FactCheck.org Would Bush Eliminate Overtime Pay for 8 Million?

Will today be a day of trials or tribulations for the Bush Administration? Today, the new overtime regulations go into effect. Before you get all flustered after reading the specifics, language was changed to ensure that police, fire, etc. would not be affected. Also, state legislation can supercede Gov’t legislation. It will be interesting to see if the Bush administration has anything to say about this.
